The Warrior Heart Practice: LIVE
See the four-chamber framework that has helped thousands of women get unstuck over the last six years — in action, live, applied to a real situation.
*Replays available to all who register.
You don't have to be in crisis to feel like you're barely holding it together.
You're managing life in a world that has gotten genuinely hard to navigate. The economy. The political climate. The climate climate. Let’s be real… we came out of a global pandemic and walked straight into *this* and most of us never got a chance to catch our breath.
And in the middle of all of it, you still have to parent, show up in your relationships, make decisions about your career, manage your health, and figure out what you actually want — when clarity feels harder to find than it used to. When the simple things feel complicated and the complicated things feel impossible. When you're not sure anymore what's yours to carry and what you've just absorbed from everyone and everything around you.
Most people describe it the same way: more confused, less settled, and not sure how to get from where they are to somewhere that feels like solid ground.
That's what the Warrior Heart Practice does. And on April 28th, you can watch it work.
A Framework for the Moments That Knock You Sideways
The Warrior Heart Practice is a four-chamber framework developed by HeatherAsh Amara, bestselling author and Toltec teacher. It gives you a repeatable structure for working through hard feelings, separating the story your mind is building from what's actually true, and finding your next clear step — even when everything feels urgent at once.
The four chambers move in sequence:
Feeling — What's actually alive in you right now, beneath the noise?
Story — What has your mind been telling you about what you're feeling? What explanations, judgments, meanings has it been building?
Truth — What's actually true, stripped of the narrative? The truth is usually one sentence. It doesn't need defending. It just is.
Intent — Where do you want to put your energy? What's one clear next step?
The true magic of the Warrior Heart Practice happens in the final step: cycling back around. Here is where you’ll learn how to now be in relationship with the challenge in a new, actionable, healing way.
Working the Warrior Heart Practice doesn't make hard things disappear. What it does is give you a way to stop spinning in them. To sort what's actually yours from what you've absorbed from everyone and everything around you. To find your footing when the ground keeps shifting.
The chambers are simple to understand. Building the practice takes time — which is why watching someone else move through them in real time is one of the most direct ways to understand what this actually does.
This Practice Has Been Used by Thousands of People Around the World
HeatherAsh Amara published The Warrior Heart Practice in January 2020, weeks before the world locked down. It landed at exactly the moment women needed something to hold onto — a structure for navigating fear, grief, and uncertainty that didn't require being okay first.
Since then, the book has sold tens of thousands of copies. A community of WHP facilitators has grown worldwide — therapists, coaches, social workers, and somatic practitioners who have woven the practice into their professional work. Women have used it through divorce, loss, career upheaval, chronic illness, political grief, and the everyday weight of trying to stay whole while the world asks more than feels reasonable.
Here's what some of the people who encountered it first had to say:
"A powerful inquiry practice that will help anyone, from business people to athletes, from parents to those working through trauma or abuse, and from those in recovery or in big life transition to claim their courage and power and step into their most authentic self." — Dannion Brinkley, author of Saved by the Light
"Filled with a wealth of tools to perform an inner clearing of old stories, release agreements that limit us, and leave us feeling stuck and disconnected from our creative strength. HeatherAsh Amara is a brilliant guide." — Sandra Ingerman, M.A., award-winning author of twelve books including Soul Retrieval
"This is a restorative book, full of the sort of wisdom and honesty that transforms life." — Jacob Nordby, author of Blessed are the Weird
On April 28th, You Can Watch It Work
Most people encounter the Warrior Heart Practice through the book. They understand the four chambers as a concept. But there is something different about watching them work on a real person, with a real situation, in real time.
On April 28th at 4 PM PT, HeatherAsh will guide a volunteer from our community through the full practice — live, unscripted, from the Feeling Chamber all the way through to Intent. The volunteer is a real person working through something they've genuinely been carrying: a decision they can't make, a pattern they keep returning to, a story that hasn't released despite everything they've tried.
You'll see where people get stuck, and how the practice meets them there. You'll watch the Story Chamber open and a narrative start to loosen. You'll see what it looks like when the truth lands in someone's body.
And you'll leave with more than you came with.
Watching someone else move through the practice gives you a felt sense of the four chambers that reading can't fully provide. Most people find they start recognizing their own patterns in what they're watching — the feelings they've been bypassing, the stories they've been running, the truths they've been circling around. You'll come away understanding something about how you work that you can start using the same day.
Here's how the 90 minutes will run:
The Live Demonstration — 30 to 45 minutes HeatherAsh guides a volunteer through all four chambers, live and unscripted. No pre-planned outcome. No polished story. The practice, working, the way it does.
Q&A With HeatherAsh After the demonstration, HeatherAsh opens the floor. Bring your questions about what you witnessed, about the practice, about where you see yourself in what you watched.
What's Coming Next — HeatherAsh will share details about an upcoming opportunity to learn and practice the Warrior Heart Practice yourself, live, over three weeks, with her and Sarina Harz-Tolbert, LCSW.
A note on attending live: The recording will be available, but what happens in a live room is different from what you watch on replay. The Q&A is where the practice becomes personal, where what you witnessed connects to your own patterns. If you can be there, be there.
