Seasons of Self: Wise
A 90-Day Immersion in Rooted Self-Care, Grounded Wisdom & Brave Belonging
You Don’t Have to Do It All. Just Start Here.
What if self-care could stop feeling like another thing on your to-do list and instead was a vital anchor that helps you survive the everyday storms?
Right now, we all feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of what’s next.
You don’t need to leap forward. Seasons of Self: Wise is here to help you begin—gently, intentionally, and with support.
This season isn’t about doing it all. It’s about coming back to what matters. We’ll help you break the overwhelm into bite-sized steps, reconnect to your own rhythm, and find the magic in the everyday again.
Steady Care for an Unsteady World
Join us for a 90-day virtual journey rooted in ritual, anchored in psychology, and held in community. It’s for those who are ready to stop pouring from an empty cup and inch toward something steady.
If you’re exhausted from caregiving, activism, or simply trying to hold it all together, you’re not alone.
Through seasonal rituals, somatic practices, live gatherings, and small daily acts of devotion, this program offers a rhythm to return to again and again. You’ll explore what it means to be in wise relationship with yourself through daily, weekly, and monthly personal rituals that support you with compassion, whether you’re moving fast or barely moving at all. These aren't performative or rigid routines. They’re sacred structures that support your well-being through every season, including the hard ones.
By the Winter Solstice, you’ll have been guided through:
- A custom self-care system you can return to, whether your day starts with a deep breath, a spilled coffee, or a breaking headline.
- Practical tools for emotional regulation, nervous system support, and setting boundaries that protect you and nourish you when that feels nearly impossible
- A circle of like-minded seekers who crave connection as much as you do
- A glowing ember of hope, one you can tend into something steady, warm, and real. It is possible to stay grounded, even in these impossible times.
What does that actually look like?

In Daily Routines
One mom turned chaotic mornings with her kids into a sacred “game,” easing the stress and bringing in more laughter. Another participant cleaned out her closet and created a wardrobe that made her feel strong, confident, and aligned with who she’s becoming.

In Relationships
Someone finally had the hard conversation with her best friend, the one she’d been avoiding for months, and their connection deepened because of it. Another participant stopped saying yes to everything and began setting clear, kind boundaries at work, creating more breathing room in her day.

In Personal Growth
One woman, after years of financial avoidance, sat down and made a real plan—and felt her anxiety begin to lift. Another began opening team meetings with a grounding practice that brought more presence and cohesion to her workplace.

The Leaves Are Letting Go...
So Can You.
Hi, I’m Sarina Harz-Tolbert (she/her/they/them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, ritualist, master firewalk instructor, and certified wilderness rites of passage guide, and your guide for this seasonal journey.
I’ve spent the last decade serving clients with chronic medical conditions, facilitating trauma-informed care, and assisting people in getting free in their lives.
I know how you feel…
At this moment, we are all feeling untethered. The world is shifting rapidly and the future feels uncertain.
We are holding fear about what’s coming, questioning our place in it all, struggling to take care of ourselves without guilt.
Raising kids while also caring for aging parents, with zero space for ourselves in between.
Trying to stay informed and engaged in a chaotic world, but everything feels like too much and not enough all at the same time.
We’ve been so busy holding it all together for everyone else, we don’t even know what we need anymore.
We’re juggling family, work, activism, and healing, while our own needs keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
And most of all, we’ve been surviving systems that were never built for our well-being, and now we’re finally asking:
What would care look like for me?
This is where you begin to find that answer, with others who are asking, too.
This is Wise self-care. Not a list of things to do, but a way of tending to yourself sustainably, no matter what the world throws at you.
I’d love to walk with you this season…

Why This Time Is Different
We know how many programs start strong and fizzle out. Or are filled with cheerleading but no real tools. Or stretch on for months with no support. This isn’t that.
90 days gives you enough time to practice and integrate real change, without becoming another overwhelming commitment. It’s long enough for your nervous system to adapt, but short enough to keep your momentum going.
This program blends practical tools with everyday ritual. We call it practical magic: a grounded, embodied approach to spirituality that helps you move through the day with more intention, presence, and connection to your own rhythm.
Our mentor team brings real-world wisdom to the table. From nonprofit leadership to somatic healing, corporate coaching to trauma-informed care, our team holds a rich mix of perspectives. You’ll be guided by people who live this work and have walked through burnout, over-giving, and transformation themselves.
And a note about ritual and magic: For us, ritual and magic are not about dogma, performance, or control. They are personal, healing ways to reconnect with stillness, presence, and your own inner knowing. If you're healing from religious trauma or wary of power-over spiritual systems, we see you. These practices are designed to empower your connection to the divine within—not to tell you what that should look like. Here, you get to reclaim sacredness on your own terms, in your own language.
Everything is virtual and Zoom-based, with replays available on your schedule.
You’ll feel at home here if…
- You’ve been operating in survival mode for so long, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly rest
- You’ve tried self-care, but it always slips to the bottom of the list, especially when things get hard
- You’re doing the work of untangling yourself from old patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or isolation
- You’ve left behind a painful family, community, or identity, and are still piecing together who you are becoming
- You long for spiritual nourishment that feels brave, trauma-aware, and not performative
- You’re not in a big transition, but you feel the quiet nudge to pause before what’s next
- You’re ready for tools that don’t just sound good, but actually work
And if all you want is a place to land, to breathe, and be seen exactly as you are, that’s more than enough. This space will meet you there.
I hope you’ll join me.

"This is a community like no other. Here you are truly seen, held, and valued. The lessons and wisdom of this path have real application in everyday life and allows for personal integration which deepens our understanding of ourselves and our place in the larger world. I highly recommend joining to everyone who wants to feel empowered, supported, and a sense of belonging."
Taressa

"If you hear the call in your heart, follow it. This is a safe and brave space. This community impacts my daily life all the time because I am constantly referencing the lessons for guidance and allowing my heart to open wider and wider each day. And if I get afraid, there is an unconditionally loving, kind, supportive place to go. Whether it is here or somewhere else, I hope everyone gets to feel this someday."
