Sarina and HeatherAsh

You used to make things.

Maybe you painted, or wrote, or gardened, or cooked, or crafted, or danced. Maybe it was something people could see, or maybe it was just the way you moved through the world — with curiosity, with fire, with an aliveness that didn't need permission.

And then life got loud. The responsibilities stacked up. The people who needed you multiplied. The to-do list became the whole day, and the whole day became the whole year, and somewhere in all of that…  the creative, sparkly, fully alive version of you got quieter and quieter.

You kept meaning to come back to it.

You collected the supplies. You saved the ideas in your Notes app. You told yourself that when things calmed down, when the kids were older, when work let up, when you finally had the time and the energy — then you'd make space for the real you again.

But here's what keep hearing:

"I haven't felt joyfully alive in a long time."

"My creativity feels like a flame that's been extinguished and I can't get it to relight no matter what I do."

"I stopped letting myself be me a while back and became just a mom, just a wife, just a worker bee."

"I've been shrinking and growing smaller — and I only just realized it."

Sound familiar?

Here's what we know, Love:

You did not lose your creative fire. You gave it away — slowly, carefully, one compromise and one accommodation at a time — to everyone and everything that needed something from you. It probably happened without you realizing it at the time.

And the world rewarded you for it. Called you selfless. Called you dependable. Called you the one who holds it all together.

What the world did not tell you is what it cost…

The ideas that stopped coming. The things you used to make that you don't make anymore. The version of you that used to light up, take up space, and move through the world like she belonged here — fully, loudly, unapologetically.

She didn't disappear.

She's been waiting. Patiently. Underneath all of it.

And she is ready to come back to life. 🔥

Seasons of Self: Witchy is Your Invitation to Creativity, Courage, and the Art of Coming Home to Yourself

This isn't about adding something else to your already full plate.

It's about finally making room for the part of you that has been waiting the longest — the creative, witchy, fiercely alive part that has been buried under responsibilities, caretaking, and the relentless habit of putting yourself last.

This is a 90-day experience, from Summer Solstice to Autumn Equinox. Five focused sessions that take you from understanding what your inner fire actually is, through the patterns that have been dimming and scattering it for years, to building the sustainable creative practice that keeps it burning across seasons.

Not someday. Not when things calm down. Now — in real life, with what you have.

You'll explore what happens when you stop waiting for permission to create and start claiming it.

The kind of creativity that doesn't require perfect conditions.

The kind of fire that survives a chaotic Monday.

The kind of aliveness that doesn't depend on everything going right first.

Seasons of Self: Witchy will give you:

lead-1

A way to tend your creative fire.

Not through pushing harder or burning brighter. Through the practiced, sacred art of knowing your own fire — what feeds it, what scatters it, and how to protect it when it is still just a spark.

gold swirl _ bluebkgrnd

Tools to move between expansion and protection.

You'll learn to recognize the difference between deficient witchy energy (the dimming, the caretaking, the giving yourself away) and excess witchy energy (the scattering, the overextension, the can't-stop-won't-stop). And you'll find the balanced, sustainable center between them.

bonue-img-1

A new relationship with your own willingness.

Shedding the layers of obligation and overcommitment, you'll embrace the untamed, creative force that lives beneath the exhaustion — the part of you that has always known what it wants to make, do, and be.

bonue-img-2

Practices that live in your body, not just your head.

Embodied, real-world tools rooted in Toltec teachings and witchy creative practice — the ones you'll reach for on a chaotic Monday morning when the world is doing its thing and the old patterns start rising. And they'll actually work.

lead-3 (1)

A community tending their fires alongside you.

Not performing growth. Actually living it. You'll find your people here, the ones who understand what it means to be tired of scattering their fire and are finally, fiercely ready to be creative and real instead. The ones who embrace the version of you that the world told you to hide.

Because the fire isn't meant to be tended alone.

"It felt like home."

"I was feeling 'off' and I knew something had to change. I had 5 huge family losses in 5 years — my parents, my brother, my dog, a best friend — and I buried the grief. Burying the grief wasn’t deliberate, it happened unconsciously in the background because I was hurting. Then it started showing up as anger and fear.

Since SOS, I've finally let myself say: I'm grieving. I'm choosing not to numb out. I'm learning to listen and feel.

SOS and the community feel safe in a scattered world. It felt like home."

5 Sessions. 5 Intentional Steps Toward Your Creative Fire.

Witchy Creativity. Healing. Willing. Sustaining.

This program is rooted in teachings from HeatherAsh Amara's books Awaken Your Inner Fire and Wild, Willing, and Wise, and the Toltec practice of tending your inner fire.

All calls are held at 5 PM Pacific.

Session 1, June 29: Witchy Creativity and Nurturing Your Inner Fire

Where does your fire actually live? And what has been keeping it from burning bright?

In our opening session we explore what it means to be witchy in the fullest, most embodied sense — not a costume or a concept, but a living relationship with your own creative power, your intuition, and the sacred fire at your center.

We will look at the witchy-willing energy spectrum: what it feels like when your fire is tended, what happens when it dims, and what it looks like when it scatters. We will begin building the practices that will carry you through the next 90 days.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand the witchy-willing energy spectrum and where you are on it right now
  • Have a clear felt sense of what your inner fire is and where it lives in your body
  • Begin your fire-tending practice with specific tools to use throughout the program

Session 2, July 6: Creativity for Personal, Familial, and Planetary Healing

Your creativity is not just for you.

In this session we explore the bigger picture: how tending your own creative fire is an act of personal healing, a gift to your family lineage, and a contribution to the world. We look at the relationship between your inner work and your outer impact, and how to hold both without collapsing into either.

We will explore what it means to be in right relationship with your creative fire: neither abandoning the people you love nor sacrificing yourself for them. And we will look honestly at what gets in the way of believing your creativity matters.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Hold a broader frame for your creative work that connects the personal to the collective
  • Have clarity on how to tend your own fire without abandoning the people you love
  • Carry tools for holding your creative practice even when the world feels heavy

Session 3, July 13: Deficient Willing — Caretaking, Under-Responsibility, and Dampening Your Fire

What happens when your fire goes too quiet?

Deficient willing is the pattern most of us know well: the dimming, the caretaking, the giving yourself away until there is nothing left. It looks like selflessness. It feels like the responsible thing to do. And it is quietly, steadily putting out your creative fire.

In this session we get honest about where you have been under-responsible for your own fire — handing it over to everyone else's needs, waiting for permission to tend it, and calling that humility. We explore what it takes to change that pattern without abandoning the people you love.

By the end of the session, you will discover:

  • How deficient willing keeps your fire small and what it actually costs you
  • The specific patterns of caretaking and under-responsibility that have been dampening your creative energy
  • Practices for reclaiming your fire with skill, boundary, and love

Session 4, July 20: Excess Willing — Controlling, Over-Responsibility, and Scattering Your Fire

And what happens when your fire runs in every direction at once?

Excess willing is the other side of the pattern: the scattering, the overextension, the doing all the things because things need to get done. It looks like dedication. It feels like being needed. And it is one of the most common ways creative women burn themselves out.

In this session we look honestly at where you have been over-responsible for everything and everyone — pushing your fire so hard it starts to scatter. You will learn to recognize this pattern in your body and your choices, and build the container that brings your fire back to center.

By the end of the session, you will have insights into:

  • How excess willing scatters your creative fire and leaves you burned out and exhausted
  • The medicine you need to balance your witchy energy when you are in excess
  • How to use courageous boundaries to protect the early sparks of new creative ideas
Undomesticated - Session 4 Sarina
Sarina_ event black dress meditation

Session 5, July 27: Sustaining Your Creative, Willing Witchiness

This is where the practice becomes a way of life.

In our closing session we bring everything together: the fire you have tended, the patterns you have named, the boundaries you have begun to hold, and the witchy creative self you have been reconnecting with across these 90 days.

We explore what it means to sustain your fire not just through the end of summer, but into the Equinox and beyond. Not as a sprint, but as a sacred ongoing relationship with your own aliveness — nourishing, challenging, spacious, and real.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Create a container for your creative fire that will carry you through the next season
  • Have a clear map of your fire-tending practice — what feeds it, what scatters it, and how to come back to center
  • Practice guided journeywork to claim your fully witchy, willing, creative self

You're Not Doing This Alone.
You’re Doing This With Us.

Creativity. Connection. Courage.

Something keeps coming up in the conversations we have with this community, in the words people use when they describe why they finally said yes to themselves:

“I’ve been doing this alone for so long.”

That ends here. 🔥

When you join Seasons of Self: Witchy, you don't just get five sessions and a practice to take home. You step into an entire ecosystem of support — real humans doing real work, showing up week after week in all their messy, magnificent, untamed truth.

The Warrior Goddess Mentorship Team will walk alongside you through the full summer season with bonus classes, moon gatherings, and daily touchpoints designed to make sure you never have to white-knuckle this journey by yourself.

Here's what that looks like:

Creativity Coffee Hour

Creativity Coffee Hour Classes

"An allowing, deep, safe container...

The Warrior Goddess Team creates an allowing, deep, safe container where healing and growth happen. For me, a major shift is that I feel like (for the first time) I really don't have to be perfect. That imperfection is perfect, and that I know we are all works in progress. I know we are all just different aspects of the Goddess, everyone with our own gifts, strengths, beauty and challenges."

Berit E.

Picture This, Love...

It's a Tuesday evening. Nothing special. And you are making something — just because you want to. Not because it's productive. Not because someone asked you to. Not because you finally finished everything else on the list.

Just because it lights you up.

And the wild thing? You don't feel guilty about it.

You wake up in the morning and something in you is actually curious about the day. Not dreading it. Not already calculating what you owe to everyone before you've gotten out of bed. Curious. Alive. Ready.

You have ideas again and instead of writing them in a Notes app and never going back, you actually do something with them.

Your creativity isn't a reward you're waiting to earn anymore. It's just part of how you live. Part of who you are. Something you tend the way you'd tend a fire — regularly, attentively, with genuine love for the thing that keeps you warm.

And the people in your life? They notice. Not because you announced anything. Just because there is something different about you. Something more settled. More present. More real.

You take up space without apologizing for it.

You say what you think without calculating the cost first.

You make things — weird things, beautiful things, imperfect things that are completely and entirely yours.

You stop waiting to feel ready, and you stop waiting to feel worthy, because somewhere along the way you realized you already were both. (You are!)

That's what 90 days in Seasons of Self: Witchy can do.

Not by making you into someone new. By bringing you back to who you actually are.

"In a quiet way, this program — filled with fun, joy, and love — changed me. It made a connection to myself I have never felt before.

The most significant shift was putting aside meaningful 'me' time every day. I discovered that my walks, my sitting quietly, my creative projects, all of it is deeply connected. With a simple ritual of intention, I found more of me to explore and love.

This is an opportunity to both come home to who you are, and to explore from a new perspective who you are. Women need this. We need each other."

“I finally feel like I have found a circle where I can be myself, where I feel held and seen.”

Jenn B.

You May Be Wondering…

I'm brand new to this type of work. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes! This program is specifically designed as an introduction to recapitulation and other energy practices You don't need any prior experience. HeatherAsh, Sarina, and your Warrior Goddess mentors will guide you step-by-step through each practice, and you'll have the support of the community along the way.

What if I can't attend the live calls?

No problem.

All sessions are recorded, so you can watch at your own pace. That said, we encourage you to join live when you can — the energy of the circle is powerful, and there's something special about being part of the recapitulation practices, journeywork, and ritual in real time.

I've already done Seasons of Self once. Will this be relevant for me?

YES! Although Seasons of Self runs quarterly, each one is different and for SOS: Witchy, we’ve updated our curriculum around this inner power initiation to bring in even more magic, joy, and awe as part of the healing process.

I've done Journey of the Nine Moons. Will this still be helpful for me?

Yes! Seasons of Self was designed to be a continuous heartbeat for a season. You may have explored it a bit when you received it as a bonus for Nine Moons previously, but we have many people who continue to join us for SOS because it meets them where they are now (not who they were when they were going through Nine Moons).

Is this program faith-based or religious?

No. Seasons of Self is rooted in earth-based spirituality and personal sovereignty. We welcome folks from all (or no) religious backgrounds, and we honor each person’s unique spiritual path, including those healing from religious harm or deconstruction.

How do you keep this space safe and inclusive?

We take this responsibility very seriously, beloved. Our team undergoes extensive training in inclusivity and accessibility. We're committed to listening, learning, and repairing any harm we might unintentionally cause.

We have a dedicated Warrior Heart Council to address concerns and restore relationships when needed. Your safety and sense of belonging are paramount to us.

Is this just for white women?

Not at all! While HeatherAsh is white, Sarina and some of our mentors are mixed-race and come from immigrant parents. Our Warrior Goddess community is beautifully diverse and vibrant. We're actively working to decolonize our practices and make our spaces inclusive. HeatherAsh draws on 30+ years of studying various wisdom traditions, and we encourage all members to connect with their own lineages and cultural wisdom.

Do I have to be a person with a vagina to join?

Absolutely not! All genders are welcome in our community. While we are women and femme-centered, we see the divinity in all expressions of gender. If you resonate with the Warrior Goddess path, you belong here. (We occasionally have women-only spaces, but we'll always communicate that clearly.)

What's your refund policy?

We don't offer refunds for Seasons of Self.

Here's why: This program requires us to hold space, prepare materials, and commit our energy to you from the moment you enroll. We take that commitment seriously.

We also know that transformation requires commitment from you. When you invest, financially and emotionally, you show up differently. You do the work even when it's uncomfortable. And that's where the real shifts happen.

So before you enroll, take a breath. Sit with the decision. Make sure this feels right for you right now.

If you have questions or concerns before enrolling, reach out to us at hello@warriorgoddess.com. We're happy to help you decide if this is the right fit.

But once you're in, you're in. And we'll be there with you every step of the way.

How much time will this require each week?

Plan for about an hour or two per week for 5 weeks: 60-minute sessions on Mondays plus time for your personal practice and ritual creation. Then, if you have more availability, join in on the other super special calls we offer. This is designed to fit into your life, not take it over.

What if I miss a week?

We totally understand that you may not be able to attend every session LIVE. Every session is recorded, so you can catch up whenever you need to.

You will have lifetime access* to all session recordings so you can revisit as often as you’d like.

Do I need any special supplies or tools?

We will let you know via email and/or announce on a previous SOS call if you need anything for a specific session. However, for most sessions it’s often beneficial to bring something to write or type on and with. 🙂

Have a question we haven’t answered here?

Feel free to use the LIVE chat feature on this page (down in the lower right corner) or email us at hello@warriorgoddess.com

“Being in the Warrior Goddess community has given me a sense of direction and community.

I feel empowered every time I engage with the courses, retreats, or live events.

It's a wonderful group of powerful women and I love being a part of it.”

Babe, here's what we know…

You didn't end up on this page by chance.

Something in you recognized something here. Maybe it was a word, or a feeling, or just the quiet knowing that you have been waiting a long time to come back to yourself.

You have been so good at showing up for everyone else. So practiced at making yourself smaller, more manageable, more convenient. So skilled at putting your creativity, your joy, your fire — last.

And you are tired of it. We know you are. We can hear it in every word of every survey the folks in our community fill out.

"I want to feel free to be the real me. Not the one everyone expects."

"I want to walk out of this summer feeling unleashed."

"I want to feel like myself again. The actual me."

That's not too much to ask for. That is everything.

Summer is the season of fire — of blazing with what's yours, of creating out loud, of taking up exactly the space you deserve and not one inch less.

And this summer, you don't have to tend that fire alone.

We will be right here. All of us. Holding the circle, walking alongside you, cheering loudly for every single thing you make, reclaim, and become.

Your fire is waiting. Come home to it. 🔥

With love and fierce tenderness,

Sarina, HeatherAsh, and the Warrior Goddess Mentor Team

“This circle has met and transcended all my expectations for what an on-line community can be. It has felt essential to meet in ceremony with others.

This community provided that and so much more. The inspiration and support, as well as feeling accepted and 'held' regardless of where we each happen to be in Life, have been invaluable to my well-being.

I am learning, growing, and expanding spiritually and emotionally because of the container this incredible Warrior Goddess community provides.

The caliber of leadership and mentorship, and offerings, go far beyond any other on-line community I've been part of.

Thank you for putting your WHOLE HEARTS into this circle and for committing to its evolution with such care and attention.”

“I'm more compassionate, learning to be less judgy, and thinking about different perspectives.

My disaster mind used to rule my thoughts, and although they haven't disappeared, I am aware of them and can bring myself back to the present.

I often hear HeatherAsh in my mind saying, "Come back, sweetheart, it's safe here."  HeatherAsh and her team of magical pixies created this circle at the perfect time.

This community of women provides a safe place to be vulnerable and show all the messy parts without judgment.

I move around quite often now since COVID-19 and the women of Warrior Goddess Circle and the weekly online teachings with the magical Team Pixie have provided structure and community in my life. I'm grateful to be here!”

“I love having a designated time to settle in, get grounded, and ready to learn something new or talk about a subject that is focused on for the session.  I also enjoy hearing others' insights, gathering for the full and new moon circles.  And then my favorites are the equinox and solstice retreats, where we get to learn Toltec, ritual, and ceremonial ways.”
