The World Is Asking A Lot Of Us.

There is the pressure of what is happening around us.

There is the pressure of what is happening inside our own homes, relationships, workplaces, communities, and bodies.

And then there is the pressure to somehow keep showing up through all of it.

To make good decisions.
To care for people.
To do meaningful work.
To stay open without becoming overwhelmed.
To know when to engage and when to step back.
To keep giving without slowly disappearing from our own lives.

That requires more than pushing harder.

It requires a different relationship with your energy, your patterns, your choices, and the way you meet uncertainty.

That is what Rewire + Rekindle are about.

These two free workshops with bestselling author HeatherAsh Amara and licensed clinical social worker Sarina Harz-Tolbert, will give you practical tools for staying grounded and connected to yourself when the world feels anything but steady.

You can attend either workshop on its own, or join us for both and explore this work from two different angles.

Rewire begins with you.

Rekindle explores what happens when you bring that steadiness into the spaces where other people depend on you.

Imagine having a map for recognizing the patterns that drain your energy and a set of tools for finding your way back to yourself.

Most of us have learned ways of moving through the world that once helped us cope but now leave us depleted.

We give away energy.

We compare and criticize ourselves.

We procrastinate, distract, overfunction, or try to control what cannot be controlled.

We lose touch with our own discernment while responding to everything happening around us.

Rewire is an opportunity to examine some of those patterns with compassion and practice a different way of meeting your life.

The goal is not to become unaffected by what is happening.

It is to build the capacity to remain connected to yourself while it is happening.

The Rewire workshop centers on reclaiming strength and resilience, moving from judgment toward discernment and from victimization toward vulnerability, and learning how to engage with life without continuously draining your own energy.

During Rewire, We’ll Explore:

  • Why old agreements, habits, and patterns quietly drain your energy
  • How to recognize when judgment is running the show and return to discernment
  • How to stay connected to what is happening in the world without collapsing into it
  • Simple tools for reclaiming your energy, enthusiasm, and inner resources
  • How to know when to engage and when a clear boundary is needed
  • Practices for tending your inner fire when you feel depleted
  • Why caretaking and fixing can pull you away from your own center, and what to practice instead

You’ll leave with practical ways to meet your life with more clarity, resilience, vulnerability, and choice.

"There is deep wisdom in the teachings and an entire tool box of medicine that helps chisel away old agreements to come home to yourself. I am more steady and conscious of my choices and listening deeply to what is needed in any given moment. I have been apart of this journey time and time again and with each experience another layer is shed."

— Aylish Steed

Rewire Is For You If...

You are feeling overwhelmed by how much there is to hold.

You keep finding yourself pulled into reactivity, self-judgment, distraction, or overthinking.

You want to care deeply about what is happening without losing yourself to it.

You are navigating changes in your relationships, family, work, community, or sense of direction.

You want to strengthen the way you lead your own life before worrying about whether anyone would call you a “leader.”

This workshop is about personal leadership in the broadest sense: how you meet yourself, make choices, relate to others, protect what matters, and stay present when life becomes uncertain.

What People In Our Community Say

flame-white-gold-BG

"I used to live through my head in judgment and victim story, reactive, always on edge, in a state of fear. Working with this practice, I can witness and name my emotions while honoring them, allow them to flow through me. I'm able to take the story out of situations and encounters with people now in a way I couldn't before."

WG Community Member

"Before, I was trapped in fulfilling what I thought was expected of me. Now, I am better able to stop, ask, assess, and be more true to what I actually want. I've learned to stop and reflect before reacting. Much better at honoring what I need in a situation rather than always putting others before my needs are respected."

Kate J.

flame-white-gold-BG

"I came in exhausted and disconnected. Now I feel more grounded, calm, more in control of my circumstances, more rooted and authentic in my relationships. What surprises me is the simplicity of the teachings, that's what brings the big changes. The key foundations of returning to yourself."

Supporting other people requires energy.

So does leading a team.

Holding space.

Making decisions.

Helping someone navigate uncertainty.

Staying present when another person is scared, angry, overwhelmed, grieving, or stuck.

And many of the people doing this work are trying to provide that steadiness while running on very little themselves.

Rekindle is designed for the people others turn toward.

This original workshop was created specifically for helping professionals and focuses on tools for reclaiming, building, and protecting energy while supporting clients through an increasingly demanding world.

Together, we’ll look at the habits and energetic patterns that cause helpers and leaders to leak their own resources, then practice concrete ways to interrupt those patterns.

During Rekindle, We’ll Explore:

  • Why helping and leadership roles can quietly become patterns of energy depletion
  • A practice called recapitulation for reclaiming energy
  • How to stop leaking enthusiasm, attention, and inner resources
  • A compassionate practice for restoring your energy after giving deeply
  • How to discern when to engage and when to establish a clear boundary
  • Practical tools for building and protecting your inner fire
  • How purpose, playfulness, creativity, and patience can become sources of fuel rather than additional expectations
  • Ways to move from chronic depletion toward greater rootedness and capacity

The workshop is designed to give you tools you can practice personally and bring into the way you support others.

"As a leader of women for 30 years, it taught me the most crucial skill I'd been missing: how to 'hold the container.' For years I taught without it and it left me drained. Now I visualize my container as a lighthouse — protecting my energy while still shining my light for others. Effective leadership starts with self-work. As I purified my own vessel, everything else flourished."

— Shantal Heskett

You want tools that help you stay compassionate without absorbing everything around you.

You are looking for ways to support others that do not require sacrificing your own energy in the process.

This workshop is about relational and professional leadership: how you remain a steady, resourced presence when your work asks you to hold responsibility for more than yourself.

Which Workshop Should I Choose?

You do not need a professional title to attend Rekindle.

And you do not need to run an organization to recognize yourself as someone who leads.

Leadership happens in boardrooms, classrooms, therapy offices, community spaces, creative work, families, friendships, and around kitchen tables.

If your primary question is:

“How do I stay connected to myself when everything around me is pulling at me?”

Start with Rewire.

If your primary question is:

“How do I stay resourced while other people rely on me?”

Choose Rekindle.

And if both questions feel familiar, join us for both.

Together, the workshops move from leading yourself to leading in relationship with others.
