What you commit to, especially your unconscious commitments, rules your actions and determines the quality and vibrancy of your life. You may have deep-seated commitments to the old power structure that no longer serve you. It’s time to become aware of those and release them.

Life is neither fair nor unfair. Life is a force that constantly  moves and changes.

Name three things you can’t control, and what happens when you try. Write down a new perspective on how you would feel and act if you let go of trying to fix or change.

LESSON 3: PURIFY YOUR VESSEL

Create bite-sized actions to purify your vessel mentally, energetically, emotionally, and physically. What small step can you take that will create more sacred space in your being?

Grounding into your being is one of the most potent tools to build resiliency and honor ourselves as sacred space. It’s a way to stay steady even when the world is turning upside down.

Name three ways that you want honor your ancestors so their wisdom comes through you when things are unsteady in your life.

LESSON 5: ENERGIZE YOUR SEXUALITY AND CREATIVITY

Your life force energy is for you. Being a Warrior Goddess is having access to all of it.

Name three ways that you will play with creativity. This can be gardening, playing with paint, sculpting, theater, sexual experiments, cooking, and moving your body. Dream big! There are infinite opportunities for creativity.
