It's been a week of fire and rain here in Teotihua

It's been a week of fire and rain here in Teotihuacan, Mexico.

This week is always one of my favorite teaching times, when we train new firewalk instructors to facilitate the firewalk workshop and learn how to be spiritual empowerment leaders for changing times.

Everyday someone says: "I can't believe we just did that!" "I feel such a sense of belonging." "I feel like I could do anything now..."

The first fire we lit I had to shake myself out of the vision that arose in my mind's eye of the Warrior Heart Ranch burning. I breathed and grounded myself, remembered that the fire has already happened, and came back into the present.

Since then every fire we have lit has brought such a joy and healing.

This group are amazing singers, and each morning we weave chants and song together in the most gorgeous harmony. Each evening we dance and sing and walk on fire.

We are releasing limitations and embracing our power.

We are chanting our gratitude and opening into more intimacy with ourselves and others.

We are dancing across the coals, dreaming into new possibilities.

Honoring how fire heals, and fire destroys, and fire heals again.

Gratitude for all the rain and the flames!
