LESSON 1: COMMIT TO YOU
What you commit to, especially your unconscious commitments, rules your actions and determines the quality and vibrancy of your life. You may have deep-seated commitments to the old power structure that no longer serve you. It’s time to become aware of those and release them.
Name three ways that you get caught in old power structures, and three new choices you can make to commit to you.
When you let go of who you wish you were, you reclaim your power to be radiantly, magnetically, and creatively who you are.
LESSON 2: ALIGN WITH LIFE
Life is neither fair nor unfair. Life is a force that constantly moves and changes.
Name three things you can’t control, and what happens when you try. Write down a new perspective on how you would feel and act if you let go of trying to fix or change.
While we cannot control life, we do have a choice in how we respond to what life brings and how we react.
LESSON 3: PURIFY YOUR VESSEL
Create bite-sized actions to purify your vessel mentally, energetically, emotionally, and physically. What
small step can you take that will create more sacred
space in your being?
Name three small actions you will take in the next week to create more space inside.
You are a temple. When you bring the energy of honor,
respect, and love to the cleaning of your temple, clearing
out the old to make room for the new becomes a joy rather than a punishment.
